Meet Dr. Holly
From an early age, Holly has been drawn to the healing arts, science, and the practice of compassion. After earning her degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University, she returned to her hometown of Nashville, TN, where she studied a variety of holistic modalities at the Natural Health Institute and began her private practice as a licensed massage therapist in 2002. Her curiosity and dedication to learning led her to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Pacific University, where she graduated at the top of her class in 2006 with a specialty in orthopedics. Holly and her husband eventually settled on beautiful land in White Salmon, WA, which became their full-time home in 2016.
Holly’s approach bridges the worlds of complementary and traditional medicine. She believes that physical therapy can serve as a deeply integrative path to healing—one that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Physical pain and chronic conditions often reflect emotional, energetic, or lifestyle imbalances, and Holly’s goal is to create space for a whole-person perspective that fosters lasting transformation. She embodies a calm, grounded presence and supports her clients in reconnecting with their body’s innate capacity for healing.
To maintain balance in her own life, Holly draws inspiration from nature, creative collaboration, and meaningful movement. She finds joy in outdoor adventures, dancing, and tending her thriving gardens. A passionate grower and preserver of food and herbal medicine, Holly embraces the regenerative cycles of nature and the ongoing study of folk herbalism. She values honest, heart-centered communication and lives by the belief that true wellness grows through connection, curiosity, and care.
